Q: When do I need to ship my package to get there by Christmas?

A: If you’re shipping back east or to rural areas the safest time frame is before 12/12.  If you are shipping mid-west or west, you should have until 12/17. All this depends on weather in those places as well.

Q: Do you have plenty of everything on hand?

A: We’re good on popped corn (our flavors), but other popcorn related items are hit and miss due to supply chain issues. Order early, to have the best chance to get what you want.


Q: What about the popcorn cans with holiday designs?

A: There is a nationwide shortage of popcorn cans. I have ordered what I think will get us through, but I’m not entirely sure.  Again, I don’t expect to have many left the closer we get to Christmas.


Q:  Will you have everything available in the store if I just come in?

A: If you’ve seen our shelves past years in the couple of weeks before Christmas, they are usually empty. That doesn’t mean we don’t have product, it just means it’s getting sold before it even gets to the shelves. So place an order as early as you know, to get a slot on the production schedule.


Q: What are your hours and closure days for December?

A: Our hours are M-F 9:30-5:00, Saturday 10:00-5:00. We also take the week off between Christmas and New Year to spend with our families. This year it will be December 24 (closing at noon) to January 3,2022.


Q: Have you been affected by supply chain issues?

A: Yes, we definitely have! Should you order something we haven’t been able to get a hold of, we’ll ask you if you would accept a replacement that we have been able to get.


Q: What’s the best way to make sure I get your products for Christmas?

A: Plan ahead! Also, be nice, patient, and understanding. We are a very small business and do the very best we can.


Q: Since Christmas is crazy busy, what’s the best way for me to get a hold of you for questions?

A: Sometimes we have to let phone calls go to message during the holidays due to sheer volume (and those pesky robo calls). So either e-mail (bob@unclebobspopcorn.com) or leave a phone message and we will respond as quickly as we can.
